KudiKeep Digital Solutions Ltd ("KudiKeep") is committed to preserving the privacy and data integrity of all users engaging in escrow transactions. This Privacy Policy details our operational data handling procedures in strict alignment with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) and the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau (NDPB) regulations.

2. Data We Collect

To safely facilitate custody, bank transfers, and delivery verification, we collect:

• Contact Information: Phone numbers (used for WhatsApp transaction alerts and SMS OTP verification).
• Financial & Payout Data: Bank account numbers and beneficiary bank names for automated NIP settlements. We never store debit card PANs, PINs, or CVV codes; all card processing is tokenized directly via Paystack (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
• Transaction Records: Agreed item title, pricing, waybill courier tracking details, and unboxing video evidence submitted during disputes.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data solely for legitimate commercial escrow operations:

• Generating dedicated virtual bank accounts to lock transaction funds;
• Transmitting cryptographic 4-digit Delivery Codes to authorized buyers;
• Executing instant automated bank transfers to verified sellers;
• Arbitrating contested transactions based on timestamped video records;
• Meeting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulatory reporting mandates in Nigeria.

4. Security Measures & Data Storage

All communications between your device and KudiKeep are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database records are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Sensitive customer payment tokens are maintained in certified banking vault environments.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the NDPA, you have the right to request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate records, or request deletion of transaction profiles once legal statutory financial retention periods (as mandated by the CBN) have lapsed.
